Once you boot off this img file then you can format your virtual hard drive with dos and use the sys c: to make the virtual hard drive bootable. We use this img file directly with esxi by assigning them to a floppy device similar to what we do with a bootable iso image. These should be bootable image files that you can move to a floppy to create a bootable floppy disk (you can do this virtually if you want). ![]() So most of the "img" (imagine someone using qoute fingers) files are less than a Meg now i can understnad that for the old dos programs but even xp sp2 is less than a meg and most of them don't work at all. If you download the img files then you can use winimge Opens a new window or vfd Opens a new window to write the files to floppy ![]() ![]() They have most version of the older DOS images.
